Hey Backers!
We are ecstatic to let you know that as of November 30, 2018, all Neptune Kickstarter orders have been fulfilled and are on their way. Domestic (USA) orders should arrive within 1-4 business days whereas international orders will take a bit longer. We want to thank you for your patience, support, and enthusiasm. Collectively, over 1,000 bottles were shipped out over the past few days. This may seem small, but the impact will be great.
We are a small business with 2 members who are pursuing a dream of making a great impact through great products. Please share your thoughts and opinions on your new Neptune Bottle when it comes in through social media (our Instagram: @NeptuneProject).

Update #4 - It's November!

Hey Backers!
We made it to November! We are excited to update you on the delivery status of your Neptune Bottle. Great news- we've finished production of the bottles after working closely with our manufacturer to ensure everything is of the utmost quality. Your bottle(s) are currently being shipped to our fulfillment center where they will be packed, labeled, and sent out to you. We still ensure delivery within the month of November, but due to a few hiccups in the production process (attention to quality and detail takes time!) we are looking forward to mid-late November for the bottles to land at your doorstep.
We want to personally thank you for your support and patience on this endeavor- we are a small business with 2 members who are pursuing a dream of making a great impact through great products. We assure you that you will fall in love with your new Neptune Bottle.

We have good news. The universe wants to give you a little more time to decide on the details of your custom Neptune Bottle! Although we were eager to send out the e-mail today, our system needs only a few more days to prepare for your survey. Be on the lookout!
More good news- everything involving the production process is moving accordingly. Your order is currently being produced! There are no delays whatsoever.
In the e-mail survey you will be able to customize your size, color, and strap of your new Neptune Bottle.

We would like to notify you that the date you will receive the e-mail survey is Sunday, September 9, 2018. Kickstarter confirms and processes your payment information during the 2 weeks following the conclusion of fundraising campaigns.
Don't worry- everything involving the production process is moving accordingly. Your order is currently being produced!

We did it! We smashed our fundraising goal of $20,000 during our 30 day Kickstarter campaign.
An e-mail survey will be sent out within the next week where you are able to customize your purchase (size, color, strap).
